"I have always felt strongly about introducing the benefits of sports to children and others. Running has brought me such a great deal as a person, and I want others to share this feeling."  - Paula Radcliffe, Women's Marathon World Record Holder
It is a fun, interactive and motivational session, implemented specifically for the female athlete. As the excitement builds up to the 94th edition of the world-famous Comrades Marathon, the organising body has teamed up with Bonitas Medical Fund to get you ready for the long run.
